The membrane air distributor and advanced process enable the PSA nitrogen generator to operate stably and reliably for 10 years (combined with German process and Japanese technology).

5.The equipment has a high degree of automation, which can be unattended and produced nitrogen within 10-15 minutes after startup, and just press the button for pneumatic and shutdown. Base on the humanization, the system adopts the man-machine interface touch control technology which is current advanced. Therefore, the operation of each equipment can be dynamically displayed online in the whole system, and the users can more intuitively operate and control the system.

Application of PSA Nitrogen Generator Plant for Chemical

The largest number of PSA nitrogen generator plant is used in the chemical industry. At present, the most frequently used are polyvinyl chloride (PVC) with nitrogen purity of 99.5% and large total flow, and polypropylene (PE) with nitrogen purity of 99.9% and large total flow. Therefore, the PSA nitrogen generator plant is used to produce nitrogen in the whole process. The nitrogen products can be used in two parts, one is that nitrogen purity (small amount) of 99.9% , which is required for the filling and discharge of activator and catalyst. The other is that nitrogen purity (large amount) of 99.5%, which is used for the reaction tank and the purity is nitrogen purity of 99.9% frequently.
For polyethylene and aniline, the nitrogen purity is required to be 99.95%. When aniline is regenerated with catalyst, nitrogen is about 4 times as much as usual, but the application time is short. Maleic anhydride and ethanol generally require nitrogen purity of 99.9%. Polyoxymethylene require the nitrogen purity of 99.9%. It can be used for nitrogen purging of pipelines and containers in the crude oil system. In addition, the nitrogen purity is required to be 99.9% for nitrogen filling, replacement and leak detection of storage tanks, maintenance of combustible vapor, diesel hydrogenation and catalytic reforming. Phthalic anhydride require the nitrogen purity of 99%.
In PTA processing process, high purity nitrogen is used for bubbling to measure the liquid level of ethylene glycol raw materials in high temperature and ultra-low temperature reaction tanks. After measuring the pressure difference between high pressure end and bottom pressure end, transmit 4 ~ 20mA standard signal and convert to the relative height of liquid level. Then, used high purity nitrogen to measure the pressure of the vacuum system, and back purge the filter in PTA processing process. Generally, according to the specific process, the polyester chip require nitrogen purity of 99% ~ 99.999%, and the filament and short filament require nitrogen purity of 99.9 ~ 99.999%.

In petrochemical industry, coal chemical industry, salt chemical industry, natural gas chemical industry, fine chemical industry, new materials and the derivative chemical product processing industry, nitrogen is mainly used in covering, purging, replacement, cleaning, pressure transportation, chemical reaction agitation, chemical fiber production protection, nitrogen filling protection and other fields.
Flammable, explosive and easily oxidized substances exist everywhere in chemical industries such as synthetic resin, fiber, plastics, petroleum refining and chemical fertilizer. Therefore, the nitrogen is almost used in material transportation, catalyst protection, pipeline purging, material packaging and accident treatment. Synthetic fiber is filled with nitrogen for pressing and drawing to prevent oxidation. Nitrogen is filled in the production of paint and coating to avoid the polymerization of oil when it is dry and impetuous. Provide maintenance Gas (nitrogen sealing and cleaning gas on the oil surface) for the oil tanker.
