Nitrogen Filled Food Packaging
Nitrogen filled packaging can protect the shape of inner food to prevent crunchy food from being crushed. Due to the imbalance of internal and external pressure, nitrogen filled packaging can also avoid the pressure bonding of packaged food and harden the texture. When the packaging material is damaged caused by surface folding, nitrogen filled packaging can reduce the risk of food deterioration. The food with irregular shape can maintain the beauty of the package surface as well.

Antiseptic & Preservation
According to the oxidation reaction with the participation of oxygen, it promotes the reproduction of microorganisms and bacteria to lead to food corruption and deterioration. Nitrogen is an inert gas, which can suffocate and inhibit the reproduction of bacteria in food. The purpose of using nitrogen is to eliminate oxygen and slow down the oxidation and respiration of food. Specially, the solubility of nitrogen is small in water and oil, and the adsorption of nitrogen by food is relatively small. Therefore, it can be used as a better gas for food antiseptic and preservation.
Insect Proof Storage
Nitrogen filling can prevent the harm of pests for cereals, nuts, fruits, vegetables and so no. Meanwhile, nitrogen filling storage can slow down metabolism just like entering hibernation and inhibiting post ripening, so that can be stored for a long time.
Wine Sealing (Canning) and Storage
Nitrogen can remove oxygen and prevent oxidation, corruption and discoloration of carbonated drinks and edible oil for beer, wine, fruit wine, edible oil, can pressing, bottle blowing and capping. If uses cork bottle stopper, it can prevent the mildew of the cork in the bottle.

Nitrogen Puffing
Nitrogen puffing can increase the volume and expansion force to prolong life for the food oil, mayonnaise, barreled margarine or peanut oil products.
