Principe of Membrane Separation Nitrogen Generator

In the air, the permeation rates of nitrogen, oxygen and moisture are different for membrane materials. Generally, the fast penetration speed can be called "fast gas", while the slow penetration speed can be called "slow gas". For example, the oxygen component is slow relative to water and fast relative to nitrogen.
When the purified compressed air enters the air separation membrane, the "fast gas" water and oxygen can more easily "Penetrate" to the other side of the membrane material through the process of dissolution, diffusion, penetration and desolvation (or escape) on the wall of the membrane material, and the pressure is reduced at the same time.
As the situation of pressure state close to the inlet, the "slow gas" nitrogen has been output from the other end of the membrane as a product gas, when it has not been able to penetrate from the membrane material wall.
