The core of the PSA oxygen generator plant is the molecular sieve. According to the principle of pressure swing adsorption, use the high-quality zeolite molecular sieve as adsorbent to produce oxygen from the air, and the purified dry compressed air is adsorbed under pressure and desorbed under reduced pressure in the adsorber. Due to the aerodynamic effect, the diffusion rate of nitrogen in the micropores of zeolite molecular sieve is much higher than oxygen. Therefore, nitrogen is preferentially adsorbed, and oxygen is enriched in the gas phase to form products oxygen. After decompression to atmospheric pressure, the adsorbent desorbs the adsorbed nitrogen and other impurities to achieve reactivation.
Generally, two adsorption towers are set in the system, one for adsorption and oxygen production, the other for desorption and reactivation. The PLC program controls the opening and closing of the pneumatic valve to make the two towers cycle alternately, so that the continuous production of high-quality oxygen will be achieved.

Used in annealing protective gas, sintering protective gas, nitriding treatment, furnace cleaning and purging gas. It is suitable for heat treatment, bright annealing, protective heating, powder metallurgy, copper and aluminum processing, magnetic material sintering, precious metal processing, bearing production, casting, refine and other fields. For the smelting of non-ferrous metal such like steel, zinc, nickel and lead, the oxygen enrichment will be necessary, and the PSA oxygen generator plant is the best oxygen supply source.
