Nitrogen electromagnetic valve failure
If the indicator lights of the electromagnetic valve and valve switch respond to the operation, but no corresponding nitrogen is generated, the problem may be the fault of the electromagnetic valve or the electromagnetic valve connection circuit.
First check the circuit of nitrogen generator to eliminate mechanical failure. As a trouble free circuit and replace the electromagnetic valve.
Leakage fault of control valve hydraulic cylinder
Under the observation conditions of opening and closing, manually open and close the valve to see whether there is gas discharged from the exhaust of the electromagnetic valve. If the gas is discharged, the cylinder leakage control valve cannot operate the switch.
Replace the backup cylinder
Nitrogen electromagnetic valve stuck fault
if the corresponding response of electromagnetic valve indicator and switch status is nitrogen, but the control valve does not act, the possible electromagnetic valve is stuck or the control valve is faulty. Check the manual switch of two exhaust valve ports or exhaust. If discharge alternately, the electromagnetic valve is complete and fails in the control of the program. Since the electromagnetic valve cannot discharge AC gas, the electromagnetic valve is stuck.
Remove the electromagnetic valve and clean the inside of the electromagnetic valve.
