It refers to the selective adsorption of nitrogen, carbon dioxide, water and other impurities from the air with VPSA special molecules, and the molecular sieve is desorbed to get high purity oxygen circularly under vacuum.

It refers to the selective adsorption of nitrogen, carbon dioxide, water and other impurities from the air with VPSA special molecules, and the molecular sieve is desorbed to get high purity oxygen circularly under vacuum.

Air Blower & Vacuum Pump

The blower provides raw air for the whole system. According to the design and operating conditions of VPSA Oxygen Generator, the blower with appropriate exhaust pressure shall be selected to supply air. The vacuum pump ensures the normal analysis of the whole system for keeping the system in an ideal vacuum state, absorbing nitrogen and producing oxygen continuously by the whole equipment.

Cooler

After the blower is pressurized, the compressed air with high temperature and high pressure is obtained, and the air temperature is reduced to the required process operating temperature through the water cooler, then the air sent to the adsorption tower for adsorption.

Adsorption System

The adsorption system consists of two adsorption towers equipped with zeolite molecular sieve adsorbent and pipeline valves. Low temperature and high pressure compressed air enters the tower A from the bottom. Nitrogen, carbon dioxide and water vapor are adsorbed, when the compressed air flows through the adsorbent layer. The oxygen is collected to the top of the adsorption tower through the adsorption bed, and be outputted as product gas. At the same time, Tower B is in regeneration condition. When the adsorption tower for adsorption is about to reach adsorption saturation, low-temperature and high-pressure air turns to Tower B to start adsorption and oxygen production under the regulation of the control system. Therefore, the Tower A & B achieves the purpose of continuous oxygen production in turn.

Oxygen Buffer Tank

Store finished gas (oxygen) and stabilize the pressure of the whole equipment.

Control System

The engineer inputs the valve control program into the PLC controller, then adjusts the opening and closing of each pneumatic valve through the solenoid valve to realize the adsorption and regeneration of the adsorption system in the specified time.
